Summer time around here is the busiest so it is not surprising that I haven't had time to write . Sharing recent photos is part of it but then they need some words to help the stories along . So bare with me .
First of all , I want to thank everyone for all the love and prayers for Jeanine ! She is sounding better and getting stronger with ever new day . She will have her post surgery appointment this coming Friday . We will learn of the tests results then . She is in God's hands ... she is in Good Hands !
Love , which created me, is what I am . For I am God's child and Christ is my brother , my salvation is a promise, made of God, that you would find your way to Him at last.

My own journey has me experiencing what it is like to have bursitis in both my hips do to my lower lumbar being out of alignment . I do not wish bursitis on anyone . I never know such pain , like a hot razor blade in the hip joints . Only Mortin and ice seem to numb it . The Dr. wanted to give me cortisone shots and morphine but I refused . I went to a chiropractor/acupuncturist on Friday . She worked on my for about 2 hours ... I'd never experience so many needles before . I am so spasmed she could adjust me . So we will continue to work on it this next week .
My assistant, ex nurse, let me borrow they Tens machine to use on my back too . That will help with relaxing the muscles . I upped the amount of greens and spirulina my smoothies to help build new cells .
The last month I have given up about 90-95 % of sugar , dairy, wheat, yeast, caffeine, oils . only using coconut oil and getting the omega's from chia seeds, flex seeds, salmon and other fish .. IT is sooooo hard ... the first three days of no sugar was crazy!! It really a crazy , mad person crazy ... withdrawal symptoms .
Trails are but lessons that you failed to learn presented once again, so where you made a faulty choice before you an now can make a better one .The light of Christ in you is given charge of everything you do . for you have brought your weakness unto Him, and He has given you His strength instead . Choose Once Again ...
SOme of this weeks harvest out of the garden . I wanted to learn how to make a yummy go to veggie broth to have on hand for soups and sauces.

We drained the pool
to have it resurfaced, cleaned the tile around the pool and the solar panels are up ! Hooray !
Still have about 2 months left to finish all the roofs ... be glad when that is all done !!

Tom has built a new beautiful wood cover for his new toys
and speakers to go with his new Carvin guitar
His band has a show on the 29th at Universal Grill .. will be fun !!
The 405 reopens !!
We didn't really care we are blessed that we don't have to drive it !
If everyone in the north worked in the north and everyone in the south would work in the south we wouldn't need the 405 , the 134 or the 110 , the 91 and all that other stuff !
